It depends on the location and time of the HR, Most probably they will take JAM session followed by aptitude session, On call test and HR. Mostly in Jam sessions they will ask repeated questions like, tell me about yourself, women empowerment, culture about india, Technology, Android etc
first shortlisting of resume and next round is the assessment where there are questions based on your speaking listening and grammar and after that there was selection process interview where i recieved an email from genpact with a zoom Id and now the final round that is the client interview or hr interview with three recruiters in it .

Interview
The initial interview was smooth and easy, the process was done via zoom and we had to wait for the account manager to get us into a breakout room. It took 6-7 minutes and now I am waiting for the assessment to pass and final interview for the job offer!
