Generally one Technical and one HR round for selection in the Company. It was not very lengthy process for selection. Generally Tech Round were pretty average depends on your experience and technology you are working upon
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Genpact (New York, NY) in Feb 2019

Very relaxed experience
1. Technical telephonic round
2. Skype group call with onsite manager and team
And then waited around 2 weeks and received the offer. Offered salary was more then I asked for initially.
Sadly had to decline as the project offered was a 25 year old.
