Interview Process is very clear, Interview Scheduled by recruitment team, then 3 round interview post that final HR round and offer release.
Post that proper follow up till joining with all prerequisite of BGV Documentation\Providing other required documents.

There are two rounds of interview it was very basic and simple interview although after selecting getting the offer is bit lengthy process and till onboarding it takes a month
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genpact (Chennai)
Interview
There are just 3 rounds:
1. Talent acquisition: Talking about location and benefits
2. Senior Manager Round/AVP Round: Talking about past experiences and theoritical knowledge on the process you are going to get hired to
Interview will be taken care by Senior Manager/AVP or can be from both. Both technical & situations based questions will be asked. Interview can go upto 45 mins to 1 hour.
