submit resume and interview on campus. Ask me a lot about my courses and identification. Talked a lot about behavior question. Describe a situation and ask me how to response it and what will I do. The interviewer is very nice and no harsh questions, he will explain if there are some difficulty for understanding the question.
First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees

it was quite rigorous . i applied it through linkedin and gave 3 interviw rounds. bunch of questions were asked and i gave most of them . majorly technical questions and some soft skills questions as well,
Very smooth had two rounds, one technical one HR both of which were not very difficult. As a campus recruit the process was seamless and had questions regarding major and extra curricular activities and participation.
