Interview
The interview was conducted over video chat with the specific team that I would be working with; they were friendly and took time to get to know me and my specific design capabilities so working together would be seamless once I started.

I applied online. I interviewed at Gensler (Houston, TX)
Interview
You are asked to walk through your portfolio first then you answer a few questions after with a couple of team members. They ask you to go through a couple of your projects and a little bit of background about yourself.
Applied on the Gensler website. A recruiter scheduled a 20-minute phone screen within a week. The next round was a 45-minute virtual portfolio review with two designers and a studio director. I was asked to walk through two projects (5–7 minutes each), explain my role, constraints, and Revit/BIM proficiency.
