I approached directly through their website and within one week I was contacted for an initial interview. I met with two HR managers and it was relaxed and went well. Two weeks later they brought me in to meet with the Studio Director I would be supporting. She was artificially friendly, the type that doesn't listen to people "beneath" her academically or professionally, but seemed like a go-getter type. After 45 days, I accepted another position with an Investment Firm. I was really excited about Gensler, mainly because they really sold the professional growth and unlimited learning opportunities. Two months into my new job, Gensler called and told me I had to make a decision within four days, knowing my situation. Like a fool, I accepted.

My Interview was Simple and straightforward. They asked a lot of standard questions so come prepared. I did an HR screening first before meeting other coordinators virtually and then I met with the studio leaders.
