Interview
Interning at Gensler during school helped the process of application. Having had this experience on my resume, even though I had worked at a different location made things easier. I therefore only had one easy interview before final job offer (more of a formality).
overall is good, sharing works and behavior questions to be asked. Average difficulty but they have so many candidates to review, so it's hard to stand out. But it is worth trying as they have great clients.

I had one interview with two team members and was offered an internship shortly after. It was a great experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, collaborative culture, and creative energy of the Detroit office—it really affirmed my interest in working in a dynamic design environment.
