The interview process felt very impersonal and superficial. A random principal entered halfway through, did not introduce himself, and then began filming my presentation without asking. This made me feel uncomfortable and distracted, as it came across as unprofessional and inconsiderate.

What they’re seeing: Your ambition, long-term thinking, whether you’re growth-minded and where you want to take things.
The interview with HR is friendly. They gave a lot of information about the office. It is a bit slow to get an interview scheduled with them since they have a lot of candidates.

It was great! First I was contacted by a regional hiring person then I had two rounds of interviews before receiving my offer! The process was a bit slow, but nothing unexpected from such a large firm!
