Gensler Sn Designer interview questions

For a company that strives to be the best in the industry, was really disappointed with the whole experience. Interviewed by junior members of staff for a senior position. Not real depth to interview process, very superficial. No real understanding what is actually required for the firm. Seemed like a learning process for interviewers. Very unprofessional overall. Not recommended!
