Interview
After meeting with one of the recruiter at the job fair, I was invited for on site interview. I was interviewed by two separate engineers at two different building. They each walked me around their facility and production line then interviewed me at a random corner of the building, like a cafeteria or lounge.

Mostly just personality questions, nothing technical. They check if you did your homework regarding their company and that's about it.

Getting of hold of someone and setting a date took for ever and was troublesome, but once it was set up, i showed up on the date set for the interview and everything went very well. Interviewed with multiple different people and was given a tour of the facility.

I interviewed with Gentex during senior year of college. Met the recruiter on campus and expressed my interest in the company. I was contacted for phone and onsite interview a week after. I set down with several department managers. They asked some general questions to get to know me and my background in the engineering field

Met with the department manager in their cafeteria. We talked about my resume, and he asked a couple of questions that were focused on my morals. He asked for personal references. It took about 45 minutes in total.
