Panel interview with 2 questioners. Most of the questions was tell me about a time when, or describe, give example of, type questions. Pretty straight forward. There was a tour, and interview with HR, Plant Manager, and Operations Manager. Overall good process.

Market based management interviewing. Detailed descriptions of your past history in order to determine your future performance. Performance based interviewing. There are at least two interviewing at a time, multiple times. Afterwards they get together and debrief and give you a thumbs up or down.
