The process was not difficult at all. Initially I had a phone interview. After that I was called in for an in person interview. The interview included situational questions, share you strengths and weaknesses, and of course "tell me about yourself"

Took about 30 minutes. One person interviewed me for initial interview, second interview was two people. In person and virtual interview. Was given run down of the job and the daily life.
