Interview
The first interview was an in person meeting with HR. I was left to write a 30 minute logic/IQ test. Then asked about my background - fairly straightforward process. I was then called for a second interview with the lead developer - this was a more technical interview. Questions about the languages I have experience in. Both interviewers were welcoming. However, they then set up a phone appointment which never happened. I never got a phone call and my messages were never returned. Very unprofessional.

Interview
Process involved an initial online logic quiz. Having passed that, I spoke on the phone with HR and was asked mostly behavioral questions. I then interviewed on site with an engineer, and then a second time with the Vp of Technology.
