Quick phone call with HR person. Then a timed IQ test, followed by a take-home programming assignment in C#/.NET. They did reach back out to me after I submitted the take-home assignment, but I had already moved on to another job offer.

The programming assignment was to fix up a simple command-line application implemented in C#, and to write a report about the changes you made. There was no hard deadline, they just asked to let them know if it would take longer than a couple of weeks.
