1. Logic quiz. 30 minute online quiz consisting of 42 logical reasoning and math questions.
2. Phone interview. 30 minute interview with an HR rep. Went over my resume, some standard behavioural questions, asked about what I’m expecting from this job and type of work I’d be interested in.
3. On site interview. 1 hour interview with the manager, team lead and an HR rep. Went over my resume in lot of detail. Asked questions about how and where I used certain skills/software. Also some standard behavioural questions.
The HR rep was the main point of contact during the hiring process and was very responsive and helpful. Overall process was very smooth.
