Gerdau Business Development interview questions

Highly unprofessional. Two interviews: one is a phone screening and the other was a Teams interview that went for about 1 hour. They said they would get back to me, never did. Again, I was told they would speak to me on Monday, and now it is Thursday and I have heard nothing. I emailed today as, you know, I have a life to plan for and I have heard nothing for 2 weeks despite being told they would speak to me on Monday. Instead of having the courtesy to send a simple email, I was sent an automated email saying that I was not selected for the role. 1. Highly unprofessional. 2. They don't do what they say they will. 3. They clearly don't care about your time. I spent over 1 hour speaking to you & you didn't even have the courtesy to send back a simple email or an apology for not getting back to me when you said you would. It's fine if you're busy. It's fine if you take a while to get back to people. But don't say you will speak to someone on a date and then never do.
