Hiring process was different. Made initial contact at a recruiting conference. Months later, after I had crossed them off my list of possibilities, I got called out of the blue and asked to come interview. I had 7 interviews in one day at the corporate office and flew back home that same night. Two days later they called me and offered me the job. There was no salary negotiation, just a take it or leave it.

Got through two rounds of phone interviews. The second one I was told would be with hiring manager and engineering manager but ended up being with a manager and 5 people in the MAP program.
