Interview
The interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions trying to get a feel for how you would fit into the role. There were not too many skill related questions except for what kind of knowledge and experience you had for tools like excel. There were two rounds of phone interviews which were mostly similar questions. One was with a recruiter and the next with the director of the department.

Was offered teams interview after applying online. Wasn't the right semester though that worked for me, so I was told to apply again later when applications opened. Interviewer was polite and friendly.

Interview
It was very personable interview. Throughout the interview, active listening and genuine engagement were prioritized, encouraging open dialogue. It was a great opportunity to not only learn more about the company but those at the company.

Initially met at a career fair. Filled out an information form. I found the application online for the internship and added my resume. I didn’t get the original position I applied for but I was offered a position in a different area.
