3 stages interview. After 2 days I received a call saying that hiring from my location wasn't possible, despite it matched the requirements of the advert. After waiting 2 weeks for updates I got a call saying that this wasn't possible. Despite my availability to alternative and the promise of coming back to me it's now 2 weeks without any response. As a candidate that put time and effort for the interviews, a professional and honest approach would be expected.
