Ghirardelli Chocolate interview questions

Extremely unprofessional and insincere. I applied through employee referral and the recruiter barely checked her email. The interview was rescheduled twice because of technical issues from her end. Don't count on them to communicate or have a basic sense of respect for candidates. The recruiter took 3 weeks to schedule, cancel and reschedule a simple phone screening!

Phone interview with manager, in person interview with entire team. Interviews were all standard and questions were pretty straight forward. Good experience overall but soured by the fact that all travel expenses would be paid but this never happened even after trying to reach back to the HR person. Prior to flying in, the process was also somewhat convoluted as the HR person did not get back to me and was left in the dark for some time before I contacted the hiring manager directly. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous but wish I had known so I could've reconsidered flying in for the interview and been prepared for the expenses.
