GitLab Finance interview questions

I was scheduled a date and time for the first interview via Zoom. I signed on, and appeared that there was already an interview in process--sounds like they share zoom accounts. Immediately after jumping off this zoom, I emailed the person I was scheduled to meet to inform them of what just happened. Provided a direct phone number in case they wanted to connect right then and there. However, I never heard back from this person or from anyone at this company. Not a good first impression on how things are being done here.
