I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GitLab (London, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
Very rigid process, cold and dull. Each person I spoke to quite literally read a list of questions from a paper, admitting they needed to do this "checkbox exercise". It gave me very little feel about the people I'd actually be working with. They clearly feel that it would be a priviledge to work for them but unfortunately it has left a really bad taste with me.
The process felt more like a background check the way they weeded through every single detail. Clearly they need some serious interview training based on some of the other comments I've seen

Question 1

schnell, durchnittliche Fragen, halt üblich für ein HR Recruiter.
Der HR Hunter denkt er ist cool (wobei er sieht wie ein Sack aus, der jedes WE im Biergarten sitzt). Punkt
