GitLab Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

Overall positive interview process that moved rather quickly. HR made sure you were aware of the process and how fast they would be moving. There are 4 parts to the interview which consist of 3 zoom interviews and a writing assessment.

They have 7-8 interviews, from screening till offering. I have only attended the screening interview. The interviewer was a senior recruiter for "SDR" and she asked very basic personal and technical questions. The point that, it was really an easy interview and most of it was gathering basic information about my profile. Rejecting me at this early stage was something unexpected at all and when I asked them about the reasons of my rejection they ignored me totally (despite of this transparency value). This left me with suspecting their criteria of selection, maybe they are considering religion, sex, race in their decisions.
