The interview process is an enjoyable 6 rounds of interview. The first few rounds are behavorial where both sides get to understand the role skills and technical needs , the people , team culture which include HR , hiring manager , colleagues , Sales . The whole interview process is online , Gitlab being a remote company. The feedback for every round of interview is a quick turn around. The 5th round is a technical demo but the process is an excellent process as it focused on how you solve the problem and articulate the technical story telling and how fast you are able to learn and adapt and collaborate . All through the weeks , the recruiting is extremely engaging and open to questions and feedback you may have throughout the process.
