I had a great time interviewing with Glassdoor. The overall interview process was extensive and quite challenging in some aspects. The process lasted around 6-7 weeks which is normal considering the various stages and availabilities of all people involved.
I started with a 30 min discovery call with the recruiter. I then had two separate calls, one with the Sales Director and one with the Sales Manager. These two calls were different and designed to understand my personality, my background and my career goals. I was invited to present a "client pitch" through a video call with several managers based in Europe. This is a role-play type of presentation. I had enough time to prepare the case, the documentation was very clear and the objectives of the presentation too. Once this stage completed, I was invited to the office to meet the team for two hours. I met the Director, some Managers and team members. I feel that it was the best opportunity for me to really understand the company culture and meet future colleagues. I finally received an offer around two weeks after.
