Glassdoor Sales Development Representative interview questions

The interview was in 2 steps, first a call with the Recruiting manager that lasted about 20min, talking about my experiences, description of the role, etc. Next step was an on site interview with the Sales Manager, it consisted of a 20 min presentation, 30min mock call and 30 min Q&A. I did not get an offer because of the mock call, when I asked what could be improved, what was the issue, I didn't get an answer.
