Glassdoor Senior Project Manager interview questions

I was introduced to the opportunity through an old co-worker who recently joined Glassdoor, and had preliminary interviews with both the director, and the hiring manager. Besides a small hiccup with recruiting in the beginning, the process was fairly smooth. I met with 5 other members of the team (across product, design and engineering) over the span of two weeks, and received an offer at the beginning of the third week. Everyone was kind, courteous and incredibly transparent.

A very smooth and efficient process overall. The recruiter was very communicative and prompt after each touchpoint. Overall, there were 4 "rounds" of interviews: a recruiter screen, hiring manager conversation, case study/activity, and functional interview final round. Everyone I met was incredibly engaging, compassionate, and wonderfully friendly. There really is a great family-friendly and caring culture at Glassdoor that came through in recruiting.
