I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glint in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone interview and a take home coding question. Phone interview was a bit tough, it was taken by some one with thick accent possibly Indian. Had to ask the question to repeat twice.. Technically not average but hard to understand as they are not properly framed and accent made it even more worse.
Then he mailed a coding question to be solved at home. The mail was sent on sunday evening. Spent some 5-6 hours coding on it and sent it back on tuesday. No response after that, complete radio silence. Dropped a mail requesting feedback but nothing came back.
That was petty & highly unprofessional, wish I spent my personal time else where. Avoid if you are given take home questions.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Glint (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
applied via recruiter, first stage it was chat with Head of Engineering about the company, the role and my own experience, it went very well, second stage was technical challange that You need to complete at home, I have spent about 5 full days on it to then not receive and feedback about it ever. It seemed that I have just completed some nice piece of work for Glint for free. The technical challange had many requirements but it was not hard, just time consuming.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glint (Lincoln, NE)
Interview
One phone interview and one onsite interview. Interviewers are very professional and nice. We discussed the problem and how to crack them down. It was a very nice discussion.
Interview process was great balance of gauging real work skills and computer science knowledge. The hands on coding challenge was great. The entire process was very smooth and prompt feedback was provided after every stage of the interview.
