Glint interview questions

The interview process was fast and productive. I had two Zoom video interviews on back-to-back days and then the following week an on-site visit for about 3 hours (met with 3 interviewers). Very welcoming conversations. Pleasant and professional attitudes from all my interviewers, even from the one that took the call from Europe and spoke to me late PM London time. The team was very transparent throughout the interview process. I received several updates, reminders, and emails to either confirm or offer clarification on expectations.

I had two calls with the hiring manager scheduled because the first time the HM never called. The second time, I was stood up again without any follow-up. I had to reach out to the coordinator twice and the second time there was no response back. It was extremely unprofessional and rude.
