Do not know why a video interview was suggested when all you look at is your screen without any camera footage; felt like being treated like an idiot. Furthermore, they do not keep up with changes when the higher up announced changes to their logo and yet their website is yet to make it.
That is a friendly and comfortable talk.
A discussion about the future that the company/department would like to achieve and how my skill could be applied and help with the goal.
Introduction on environment and culture that the company and department practiced, its acceptable.
