I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GlobalFoundries
Interview
They failed several times to establish a fly-out interview by the date they said they would; as in, "Can you fly out next Friday for an interview? Yes! Okay, we will arrange for that time then." FINALLY, after several days of zero response to emails and calls, they would notify me by email 'THE NIGHT BEFORE' I was to fly-out they had to reschedule...they did this 3 TIMES! After four phone interviews later with several departments all asking me to fly-out for an interview...I gave up. Hiring managers unable to do their jobs. They continued to send me offers after turning them down on several occasions and had the audacity to ask why I said no? Ha! GF is a joke in the industry.
