Applied through a job portal for a DevOps Engineer position. Had an 45 minute Skype interview. The interviewer looked positive and impressed. But, haven't heard anything from the recruiter. Tried to reach them through all possible means with no success. After 3 weeks. another hiring manager from the same company responded to my email and scheduled for a second round with the same interviewer. I was told that this is for a different project. The interviewer started asking exactly same questions. It was clear that they had a prepared list of questions but, were not adapting to the responses I provided. I was asked questions for which I already provided answers in my earlier responses. It was clear to me that they are not paying attention and was doing the interview just for records.
