GlobalLogic Senior Software Engineer interview questions

It was a walk in drive for Android and IOS . I was interviewed at GlobalLogic Noida. Interview The interview took 4 rounds. 1 - written test 2 - Technical discussion 3 - Technical discussion with some senior person 4- Managerial Round The process started approx 11 in the morning and was completed by 7:30 pm. After the completion of all rounds HR told me that you have been selected and will give you the call for further discussion. After 2 days I got an email, in which they have asked to submit all my documents including salary-slips, employment letter, appraisal letter etc. I scanned all my documents and sent them. After 2 days, the HR called me and asked about my notice period. I told her that I mentioned this all before the interview but she insisted me to join in 1 month which was not possible for me as my NP was of 2 months. She then told me that as of now, this position is on hold we will contact you once we have any opening. I again received the call from HR after 1 month and then she told me that I can give you an offer which is lower than your current CTC. Let me know if you can join on a lower CTC. I denied them because why would I join with financial loss. The whole process was very disappointing, as a organisation you should value other people's time. The most funny part is again I am receiving calls from recruitment agency for fresh hiring. I would never suggest anyone to go there and waste time.
