I had some nice conversations with the recruiter, hiring manager and stakeholders during the process and I made it to the final round. My final interview was awkward, and I felt that the job description didn’t line up with what I was hearing from the employees already in that position. I was told after the final round that I’d hear the decision by the next day but I never heard anything. It’s been 6 weeks and the job description was reposted. It would have been great to have an accurate job description from the beginning and to have gotten the respect of even a rejection email instead of hearing nothing.
