Globant Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Interview process having three round and it technical asking scenario based question and we have lost of interview question which take 1 hours but might be take 1.5 hours if they need resource

1. Application & Screening Resume review – Recruiters check if your skills match the role. Initial recruiter call – Short conversation to discuss your background, skills, and salary expectations. Sometimes includes a basic HR screening question like notice period or location preference. 2. Online Coding Assessment Usually on platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or CodinGame. Focus on: Data structures & algorithms (arrays, strings, trees, graphs, dynamic programming). Problem-solving under time pressure.
