Its a Zoom video with other applicants. They explain how much you can make and how much you have to pay to get licensed. They tell you you won't get paid for training (about 2 weeks) and do not provide WFH equipment. Its all commission based and lots of cold calling. They tell you its work from 1pm -8pm but time can fluctuate depending on region you live in.

Craigslist Ad, Initial Zoom meeting with greetings and introductions, attend a webinar of an overview of the company and discuss if you feel you are a fit for the company and which role you find yourself best suited for.
