1st I had to take a skills test, basic computer knowledge. It was very easy and laid back, just asked basic interview questions. It was short, quick and painless. It was so long ago I cant rem ember much else.

Easy, like any other phone job. The ask you predictable questions. You do take an IQ test to make sure you're not a total idiot. They do perform a drug screen at time of acceptance, as you can imagine. You are also required to take a typing test. Don't worry, their standards are low because they are desperate, they will still hire you even if you suck at typing.
