I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life (Clifton Park, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview was easy. Very nice, upbeat, knowledgeable guy, straight forward and easy to talk to. I saw so many negative reviews ahead of time about the overall company online along with a few positive but decided to take a chance and hear what the company and job are all about. I prefer to try to see for myself. And, while he did make it seem do-able and like a good career to get into, he certainly didn’t suggest it was easy. “If it were easy, everyone would do it” and if everyone was doing it, no one would make money. I’d say the interview was mostly telling me about the company, a little bit about his experience which I appreciated, what the job is like, training, what to expect, etc. It wasn’t your typical cringy anxiety producing questions most job interviews are like (thankfully). I am going into this fully expecting it to be challenging and prepared to work for it. Hopefully it will work out.

What make you think you would be a good fit for this role.

Interview
You get contacted for an initial phone screening. Then you get sent a Zoom invite for a group informational session where they play a video further explaining how the agency operates. After a few words from the CEO and key manager, you get put into breakout rooms for a final, personal interview. Overall, I'd rate it as a low difficulty interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Globe Life (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2025
Interview
Several people were on the so-called “interview,” but it quickly became clear it was more like a recruiting pitch for an MLM-style agency. I wasn’t genuinely interested in their offer or approach, so rather than waste more time listening to their sales tactics, I decided to disconnect from the call.
