Globe Life Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Sent in an application and received a phone call and email from a recruiter about 18 days later. Recruiter contacted me, and I was unable to make the initial interview. They were flexible and let me choose a day and time to come into an interview that week. They sent an email with detailed instructions on where to go, and what to bring in on the interview day. The initial recruiter that I was speaking with was not there that day, so my interview was conducted by someone else. This was totally fine, because they were very comfortable to talk to. They asked questions regarding my background, what I knew about Torchmark, if I’d be able to handle the job description, etc. They will let you know if you got the job soon after the interview. They will have you complete a basic spelling and typing test, very simple. After that they will call and give you the official offer. They will also put you through a background check, and you will take a drug test at a near by emergency clinic.

Wasn't really an interview it was more like a group meeting and it was just if you passed a typing and spelling test then you got the job there really was no interview process as far as just those tests
