This is not listed anywhere in the posting, and would be crucial to know, as some people are not willing to risk a commissioned sales job with no benefits as a primary breadwinner in a family. It wasted 2 hours of my time. He was upfront once I was there, and I only spent 5 minutes in their office. He offered to let me listen to their 1 hour pitch, but I declined. I provided this feedback to him face to face.
