You see the job description so you think of working in a company dealing with employees OF THAT specific company assisting the employees with benefits, right? WRONG! They NEVER tell you upfront that it is a SALES POSITION.
You get an email from the staffing company, very generic (as I am sure everyone receives the same) email asking you for a specific time you can come in, Okay, you go in to see a group of people waiting to be interviewed, like an assembly line. My better judgement told me to leave once I saw a gentleman leave out, prior to him leaving, he says, "Good luck all!" Code for---SALES ROLE!
My suggestion is to be aware of the "vague" job description.

Interview
I had a group interview with the Agency Owner and learned the basics of what the position would entail, along with growth opportunities. I then had a 1-1 interview with the Agency Director I would be reporting to which included a few questions each of us had for the other. I was extended an offer the next day. I called a few days later with more questions and they were answered honestly and thoroughly.

Put everyone in a zoom conference to show a presentation. It felt very impersonal and I'm not sure if this is a pyramid scheme. I will research further, but I'd suggest proceeding with caution.

They basically just try to set you up to pay for a training and licensing program.

Interview
I was contacted within the hour after applying. I wasn't informed that it would be a group interview. Once there I was told I would have to pay 50 dollars as soon as I was hired. It seemed like a pyramid scheme so I researched the company through the BBB. The complaints were horrible. I declined the final interview.
