It was a mass interview day, which they probably hold often. It’s a 100% commission “opportunity.” The position advertisement was deceptive in that it neither was listed as an agent position nor a completely commissioned job. In fact they list the position as a salaried position, which is really only their estimate of your earnings.

None. Once I saw the mass of people entering to interview I asked if it was a 100% commission job. I left as soon as they affirmed it was.

Group interview in 3 steps. Congratulated me for passing first step by being chosen for group interview. Had to come back later for a one on one interview and then had to wait around for a phone call to determine my start date

offered me the jo really fast. does not seem like a good way to make money. I do not like commission based work, to me it seems that they are exploiting my work.

Interview was pretty straight forward, mostly questions about your work ethic and what you would be willing to do to succeed. Just making sure you are a fit for the job.
