Interview
Brief interview with a nice gentleman to find out goals, etc. Then a personality questionnaire which I didn’t complete bc we then spoke with mr mayo the owner. I say spoke but rather he talked for almost 2 hrs straight about why his company is so great. Complete waste of time as this is a sales job not an HR job which is what it was made out to be. I was with other ppl in the room so no 1 on 1 attention given.

Interview
The process is more a presentation than an interview. You'll do a personality assessment, etc.
That said - the job IS NOT what the posting says it is. These are agent sales positions which are full commission (no salary). They try to gloss over this in the interview process, but this is insurance sales. You'll need to get licensed at your own expense and pay them for leads, etc. Rachel even admitted that leads are not exclusive to the individual agent - the lead could go out to as many as 6 or so agents.
