Initially I was contacted by a recruitment agency, Next, I set up a phone interview with Carrol Vanjany the director of staffing. She did a short phone interview before I had to take a 20 minute personality test. She then met me for a face to face interview and offered me a job. However, she did not tell me where I would be assigned. I went through phase 1 and 2 which were 5 weeks each, then 2 weeks at the home office in Raleigh. On the final day I was assigned to my restaurant and given a week to move.

Interview
Had a 30 minute phone interview with Carol the director of staffing (east coast). She asked a series of 50 behavioral/situational questions. She sent me a link to complete a background/credit check authorization.
She came to my city for a face to face interview that lasted approximately 1 -1 1/2 hours. Upon completion of the 2nd interview she extended me an offer of employment.
