Interview
They had posted on their sign that they were having open interviews. Turns out that they were hiring for salad prep, but they decided to sit down and interview me for a serving position anyway. He was impressed and talked with the regional manager that happened to be there that day. They had me come back and interview with the other manager a few days later and take a quiz about how you would handle certain restaurant situations as well as a personality quiz.

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult person.
Interview was painless. I applied on Monday had a call the next day with a manager and set up an interview for following day. Quick to hire. So far so good.

Interview
Very easy. Asked why I wanted to work there and my availability. Also, asked if I had any other serving experience but either way if you didn’t, they still train you. Really easy. It’s the customers that make it difficult.
Interviewed with assistant manager in the restaurant. The interview was fine and related to the duties and expectations. I was not required to go through a second interview with anyone else at the restaurant.
