I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Cambridge, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
I took hackerrank and hirevue assessments, didn't hear back. There were some tricky probability questions in the hackerrank math portion, but the programming was easy. I would say it's kind of tough to make it past the digital stage if you don't have a good resume or something to help you stand out.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of two main rounds.
1. Initial Technical Round: Conducted by a VP. It was a standard LeetCode-style interview with two questions (one Easy and one Medium).
2. Superday: This included two back-to-back sessions:
2.1 Session 1: Technical and behavioural mix with a VP and a representative. The technical part was again LeetCode Easy/Medium.
2.2 Session 2: A high-level/simple System Design interview focusing on basic architecture.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Standard questions as yearly. Time to prepare is usually quite short, so ensure to have resources at hand before clicking onto the questions. Ensure to research the firm and aim to imbed as many values as you can throughout all of your responses.
The process was quite smooth sailing and was mainly just a skill assessment and HireVue! Superdays we’re not a part of this but maybe that is because it was a SWE position.
