Process began with a 5 minute call with HR followed straight with super day interview rounds. Interview went alright and people I talked to were very friendly, humble and professional. However I did not hear anything about my recruitment process for almost a month, and when I randomly logged in I realised that my application was turned down. Note that I did not receive an automated e-mail, a personal e-mail with feedback from HR, or even a reply to my follow-up email. When I sent a complaint email to HR about my dissatisfaction with the ghosting & unprofessional behaviors of the HR staff, I received a reply in less than an hour from the Talent Acquisition Specialist. The email was explaining how he had attempted to contact me via phone with feedback, though couldn't connect (I did not receive a call, why no follow-up email or message to notify the candidate?), followed by an insincere apology.
