Recruiter screening phone call for 30 min. then a phone interview with hiring manager. The recruiter was outsourced so it was tough to hear about company internally. The hiring manager was knowledgable.
Thank you for this review.
I also apologize that the outsourced recruiter could not provide greater details into the company.
We are currently building out an internal team now to avoid this from happening in the future.
We always say at Gong though — 'it's not a no, it's a not right now.'
If timing and opportunities align — we look forward to speaking with you in the future!
Kindly,
Eric Lindroos
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gong (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
The interview process was very well executed, I had a great call with the recruiter and she asked me all the right questions and seemed to know about my background already. I had two on-site interviews and met with several members of different teams which were extremely valuable conversations.

Question 1
Because of my role, they asked me a lot of client situations scenarios.
Welcome to the Gong Family!!!
Glad our recruiter Christine provided a great candidate experience!
Outside of the client questions though — did they ask you to pick between Duke or Doug?
I picked Duke.
A lot of people pick Doug.
A lot.
Pumba is also a strong option now.
I still pick Duke.
Team Duke,
Eric Lindroos
