I started my relationship with Gong at March-2020 in regard to a different position that unfortunately (or luckily :-) ) was frozen at that time because of Covid-19. The interviews were good, atmosphere wize, and professional level, and the treat was awesome as well: professional and authentic. This is why i "fell in love" with their attitude and kept in touch with Inna their superstar recruiter who kept updating me proactively even when the status was still unclear. This is why when the current position opened we could check my fitting relatively fast and fluently: we already had a relationship. In the "second round" it became even better and I got the chance to meet some more people, to experience and present a professional task, and to bring up any concerns I had. I felt like consulting with my personal career consultant more than going through the employer selection process. Therefore, I had no doubts when they ask me to join. I have never had such a professional escort (although the high demands) and I can say so, even comparing it to the leading employers at the market.
