The overall interview process was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, and Austin King was the best recruiter I've ever worked with in my entire career. I don't typically bother to respond to recruiting inmails, but I'm glad I did. A large part of why I accepted this offer (and walked away from a sizeable raise and promotion at my current company, where I honestly wasn't even looking to move on from for a few more years) was because of how proactive and transparent Austin was throughout the entire interview process. At no point did I feel like just a number, and was never left guessing as to what was going to happen next. Honestly excited to be contributing to Gong because everyone I've met throughout the interview process has been fantastic, hardworking, and down to earth. The only thing I would recommend for future hiring cycles is to diversify the interview panel as everyone I spoke with presented as male, which did not inspire particular confidence around diversity and inclusion.
